Class Description

Ballet ~ A form of classical dance that is the foundation for all other styles of dance.  Consisting of barre work, center work, and across the floor.  All of which contain kicks, jumps, leaps, and turns.

Jazz ~ A contemporary style of dance and music incorporating Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Acrobatics.

Tap ~ A dance form incorporating rhythmic patterns of the feet.

Lyrical ~ A Combination of Ballet & Jazz styles.

Combo ~ A class geared to introduce Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Acrobatic styles.

Hip Hop ~ A form of dance incorporating intricate movement such as popping and locking.

Contemporary ~ A style of dance which movements contain the use of torso contraction, arm fluidity, and intricate movement of the legs and feet.

Acro ~ A class that requires great strength of the upper and lower extremities, which involves front and back rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, etc.
